chicken strips were cold and there was hardly any sauce on it. It was so dry. Poor quality.

I ordered online for delivery, delivery time was asap or 45 mins. I called after 50 minutes passed. The staff advised me I would have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes if I wanted delivery. Nobody called me to tell me this as my order went online, so I had to collect it myself. Very bad customer service.

Forgot chips to one of the meals and still charging money for cans of juice that say multipack can not to be sold separately

Lovely staff, best takeaway I’ve had in a while

The chips were by far the best, freshest I’ve ever had from a takeaway. I will get the corn on the cob with every order as it was so fresh and delicious.

Wrong order. Instead of a vegi burger got a falafel burger. Coke in stead of diet coke. Frozen cheese on the loaded fries. Donner was thick strips.

£9 for chips and donner the amount off donner I got was ridiculous defo not German donner so stop trying to be it just advertise and donner

Great food as always

Good food, quick service

Placed an order and every single time i do, there’s an item missing. This time there was no peri peri fries and i was sent the wrong wrap. Phoned the restaurant and spoke to 3 different people. Just so much more hassle than i wanted. Wouldn’t use again as this isn’t the first poor service I’ve had.

Our issue was we preordered for 13:10 as this was our lunchtime. The food turned up at 12:15, 55 mins early.

Wrong food got delivered. When they sent correct food, no chips as promised, and 3 small bits off feta cheese, not good quality for the price.
